1. Patrons must be at least 18 years old 2. Patrons must be Alpha Park Card Holders 3. Patrons must present a valid driver's license or state ID card to be copied when checking out Equipment 4. Late Fees accrue up to $5.oo per day 5. If the electronic device or it's accessories are lost, stolen, or damaged, the patron to whom the device is checked out will be held responsible for all replacement costs and processing fees. 6. All Equipment and Electronic Devices (i.e. Tablets and eReaders) may not be returned in the Drop Box. Patrons will be charged a $25.00 Fine for any device left in the Drop Box, on top pf any damage or replacement fees. Equipment and Electronic Devices must be returned to Alpha Park Library, and to a staff member inside.

Website Accessibility Policy
Alpha Park Public Library is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Alpha Park Public Library
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
other impairments to understand and use the website to the same degree as someone without disabilities. We welcome
feedback and can often resolve issues in a timely manner if they arise.
